Do You Have a catalogue?

Yes, we have a product catalogue.  we have downloadable catalogues , you can find on our Product Page, If You don’t find it , Please let us know.

 

Can we get samples and is there any charge?

We offer samples of our in-stock items free of charge. For larger sample requests, there is a reasonable fee.  There is a fee for some custom samples which covers the cost of manufacturing and importing the samples for you.

How do I know if my Product is compatible with the packaging I am Choosing?

We strongly recommend that you test your product with container options with your labs prior to any volume purchase. We can assist you with what is typically used for various products, but product testing is solely your responsibility.

Do You Offer Discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts.

Do you inspect the goods prior to sending them to us?

All shipments are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our Premises.

What are the Minimum Order Quantity for Packagings?
For the In-Stock products, there is a 1 case minimum so depending on how many pieces are able to fit in a case, the quantity can vary.  
 
For the Customized size, quantities can vary from 5,000 and up depending on the product .
How long do items take to ship?

Stock items typically ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours after the order has been approved and processed. For custom products, the timeline will vary.

Can we use our shipping account?

You can use your shipping account , but we do not warranty if there is damage en route. You will have to address that with your shipping company.

How do I Know When My Order Has Been Shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via an email as well as What’s app.

What are your Terms and Conditions?
